About me
I was born in the South of France and raised in Southern California. I feel deeply rooted in my French background and connected to a philosophy centered on la joie de vivre—the joy of living—which emphasizes balance, simplicity, and connection with others.
This focus on a slower pace of life encourages attention to detail and mindfulness in everyday activities. My fascination with and curiosity about humankind led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Medical Anthropology. However, my path evolved as my interest shifted toward health and well-being, specifically mental health. I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My passion for human connection and wellness has brought me to the relational work I do today.
I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space for couples and women who are seeking support during life’s challenges and to walk alongside them in the healing process.
When I’m not at the office, I love cooking for others, baking, swimming, spending time with loved ones, and walking on the beach with my husband and our dog, Cali. Cali is a Cavapoo who loves people and may make guest appearances in our sessions (if requested)!
